General Returns Policy 

General Policy:  You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ThePhiladelphiaExperiment.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items should be returned in the original product packaging.  We'll also pay for the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error. 

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Items that are Not Returnable:   ThePhiladelphiaExperiment.com does not accept returns of the following items:

    1)  Downloadable products.  We do not accept returns on downloadable products—all sales are final.  Downloads require you to use a computer meeting minimum system requirements, and are responsible for ensuring your computer meets download system requirements prior to purchase.  Reports work with personal computers running Microsoft Windows® 98/2000/XP/Vista.  Users with MAC computer systems can open reports, however, need to be running Microsoft Windows®.  Reports are PDF formatted and comes with its own PDF reader, which is downloaded when opening the first purchased report.  Once you have purchased a investigative report, we encourage you to download it and access it promptly to ensure you received it.  You are responsible for downloading and confirming your ability to access and register the reports/documents within 30 days after purchase and bear all risk of loss thereafter, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.  If you are unable to successfully access a download, please contact us at customersupport@thephiladelphiaexperiment.com.

    2)  Items purchased from sellers other than ThePhiladelphiaExperiment.com.  You will need to contact the specific seller directly to settle any dispute you may have.

    3)  Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Partial Refunds:  Will be issued for the following items:

    1)  Any items that has obvious signs of use.

    2)  Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

    3)  Any CD or cassette tape that has been taken out of its original package.  If the product is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will be granted.

    4)  All returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee of $5.00. Shipping and handling fees represent a service that has been rendered and WILL NOT be refunded unless it was a result of our error .

Exchanges:  If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at  customersupport@thephiladelphiaexperiment.com.
